Services are provided based on the selected plan (Starter, Growth, or Premium), including website design, maintenance, and support.
Payments include any upfront setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription. By purchasing, you authorize automatic monthly billing to your provided payment method. Failed payments may result in late fees, service suspension, and a $100 reactivation fee.
A minimum 12-month commitment applies. Early cancellation before this period will result in a $100 cancellation fee. After 12 months, services may be canceled at any time with written notice.
The Service Provider retains ownership of the website and related assets. Clients are granted access and usage rights while the subscription remains active.
No guarantees are made regarding website performance, search rankings, or business results.
The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, traffic, or data.
